These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rest Pilot application and website operated by SAMTICS ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or using Rest Pilot, you agree to these Terms.
Rest Pilot is a restaurant management application for orders, customers, tables, POS sales and restaurant management. It is a commercial proprietary product licensed per machine.
Rest Pilot is available in two editions — Standard and Pro. Licenses are issued per machine (by machine code) and control which edition and plan you can use. Standard includes orders, customer management, table management, open/close checks, POS sales, walk-in sales, table charging and basic reports. Pro adds the restaurant module: restaurant management, restaurant sales, tables, orders, restaurant → table charging, restaurant → walk-in sales, and restaurant reports.

Prices are subject to change with notice at renewal. Subscriptions in progress will not be changed during their active period.
A free 7-day Pro trial activates on the first launch of the application. After the trial ends, you need a paid license key to continue using the app.
Licenses are activated using a key tied to a specific machine. You agree not to share, resell or transfer license keys to third parties.
Rest Pilot is an offline-first application. Your business data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted local database. You are responsible for backing up your data and keeping your device secure. We do not have access to your business data.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the application; use the software for unlawful purposes; or bypass or interfere with license validation.
Support is available by WhatsApp, phone or email. Setup and on-site training can be arranged separately; quotes are provided on request.
Updates and new versions are included while an active subscription is in place. We may update or modify the application from time to time.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Rest Pilot shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. When a subscription ends, the application will stop functioning after a grace period until renewed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
