What is Rest Pilot?
Rest Pilot is an all-in-one restaurant management system for restaurants, cafés and bars, food businesses, bars and growing restaurants. It brings orders, customers, tables, POS sales and the restaurant (Pro) together in one app that works offline, in Portuguese and English, on Windows and Android.
Who is Rest Pilot for?
Rest Pilot is made for restaurants, cafés and bars, food businesses, bars and growing restaurants in Mozambique that want to replace notebooks and spreadsheets with a simple, reliable system.
What is included in Standard?
Standard includes orders, customer management, table management, open/close checks, POS sales, selling to walk-in customers, charging sales to customer tables, and basic reports.
What is included in Pro?
Pro includes everything in Standard, plus the restaurant module: restaurant management, restaurant sales, tables, orders, restaurant → table charging, restaurant → walk-in sales, and restaurant reports.
Can POS sales be charged to customer tables?
Yes. On the Standard plan you can add POS sales directly to a customer's table account, and the final bill is settled at payment.
Can I sell to walk-in customers?
Yes. The POS lets you sell to normal/walk-in customers and issue a receipt as usual.
Does Pro include restaurant management?
Yes. Pro includes the complete restaurant module — floor, tables, orders, kitchen, bar and open checks — with the option to charge bills to customer tables or sell to walk-in customers.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
With monthly billing you pay each month. With annual billing you pay once a year and save two months: Standard is 15,000 MT/year (save 3,000 MT) and Pro is 25,000 MT/year (save 5,000 MT).
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The 7-day Pro trial is free and activates on the first launch of the application.
Is setup/training available?
Yes. We can install and configure the system (tables, products, printer, users) and train your team on site. Ask for a quote via WhatsApp or email.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Pro?
Yes. Licenses are per machine. Contact us to upgrade your license key and start using the restaurant module.
